What We Do
At Functional Sports Performance, our mission is to help every single person in our community meet their goals in a safe environment where they get the best training and focused attention.
We do sport specific training for athletes and sports general training for non-athletes and kids. Our instructors specialize in all facets of fitness. We have programs for sport specific, position specific athletes as well as programs for teams and groups. We also work with people who simply want to create a better life through fitness.
Basically if you want to lose some, or a lot, of lbs., WE'RE YOUR TEAM. If you want to get your 40 time down or your 100 meter, land or sea, WE'RE YOUR TEAM. If you want to get stronger, jump higher or increase your endurance, WE'RE YOUR TEAM.
